Inazuma Eleven – second season (1st July)

Mamoru Endou (Mark Evans) is a boy, a great football fan, who plays as a goalkeeper following in the footsteps of his grandfather, a great player in his day. Mamoru plays in the Raimon Academy club, once a high-level team, but has now fallen into sadness with the club not reaching even the minimum number of players to take the field. After a while, in fact, Mamoru and his teammates are announced that the club will be dissolved if the team does not win the next friendly. The problem however lies in the fact that the opponent will be the very strong Royal Academy, the winning team of the last championships.
Mamoru can hardly find enough members to form a team but the game is still without history and the Royal totally annihilates Raimon. Unexpectedly, however, Shuuya Goueji (Axel Blaze) takes the field, a very strong striker at national level who has just arrived at Raimon as a student, who alone manages to score a goal against his opponents. The Royal, therefore, retires by giving an appointment with those of Raimon in the Football Frontier tournament to settle the score.
That will be the beginning of a long journey for the Raimon team that will lead Mamoru and the others to play for the national title, to face the “alien” teams and to play for the world title in Football Frontier International as representatives of Japan.
