I answered myself: with nutrition, health, education and environment.
Fuster expresses that the first years of life are the most important, because children grasp and process very quickly. The most relevant thing is that especially up to the age of six, this retention of learning is vital because it is stored for puberty and adulthood, when it is much more complex to grasp certain things as there is so much confusion about what these stages represent and imply.

Education implies that a person knows many things and, therefore, with more education there are more possibilities to dominate our world, to understand it. Children deserve to grow up in safe spaces and with opportunities.
With difficult realities, are we sentencing children to disastrous futures? We have to reflect a lot, know and recognize what we have in our hands to better guide those lives that begin.

Although happiness as conceived by children vs. adults is completely different, it especially influences the lives of children more than we could imagine. Happiness is a complex concept and life is cyclical; it is better to talk about stability, related to emotion for living, emotional stability and purposes. The life of a child today, an adult tomorrow, has fundamental changes if his environment is unaware of that, if there is violence, toxic relationships, little motivation, bad example, lack of education and health.
If we could understand everything that we sow in the lives of children in their early years, thinking about the impact that our behaviors have on them, we would have no regrets when we see them grow up.
